I have been going to Daya for years and I absolutely love it! I've had just about every service they offer and have enjoyed every single one of them. The organic products they use are delightful, especially the Eminence line. My absolute favourite treatment is a facial with these products. They smell so delicious you want to lick them off your own face. The only complaint I have is that the facials and mani/pedis are a bit on the pricey side, if it was a tiny bit less expensive I would go twice as often.- however, they do such a great job I keep going back anyway!

I just went to Daya for the first time and got a brazillian. Easily one of the best I've gotten in ottawa. The spa is beautiful and quiet- a bit out of the way from the market so you can walk out still in a bliss. Staff is amazing and friendly. Will definitely make this a regular for waxing, but I also look forward to trying their facials !

Staff is really nice and pedicures are lovely there. Very relaxing. The little hallway where you pick your nail polish color is a bit dim so I do recommend they install a brighter light so customers can see better when making this important pedicure decision.

Customer service was not great. The staff were not very welcoming or friendly to start with.
