Hair is as much a part of our persona as it is a physical extension of our being. Here, at Hair junkie, one of downtown Ottawa’s top hair salons, we love hair. We live it, we learn it and we share our creations with you, our fabulous clients. Looking for amazing hair ? Look no further, Hair Junkie will be your first stop and your last ! The staff is professional and courteous right from the moment you walk in. Everyone is incredibly friendly which is the main reason Hair Junkie has such a warm and welcoming environment. I have long thick hair and I have always been nervous to allow anyone to trim it let alone put colour in it. Thank you so much to Elyse-Marie for giving me an amazing balayage that looks incredible. I am beyond happy and highly recommend this Salon and Elyse-Marie to anyone who might be hesitant to have their hair done or wants amazing colour. Hair Junkie exceeds expectations and I guarantee you will not leave disappointed. Thank you Hair Junkie !!!!!

Fantastic since moment I walked in! I was greeted right away and given slippers and tea. I was reluctant to have a stranger cut my hair but the stylist made me feel super comfortable! I will definitely be back :)

so, i don't ever write google reviews, but i felt compelled to after getting my hair done at this incredible salon. the person at the front desk was very kind and offered me a beverage when i stepped in. the atmosphere of the salon itself is wonderful - bright, spacious, trendy. but what made this visit so great was my stylist! liz was clearly extremely experienced - she cut *exactly* to what i wanted! i usually get very cold feet going to salons because it's extremely rare that i come out feeling 100% about my cut, but i gotta tell you... it's like she read my mind. that girl is a magician.

Quick service, wasn't too busy when I went. Friendly workers, and they gave me just what I wanted!
