Great service, LOVE the atmosphere and the different kinds of services available. Only negative I will add is the washroom and changeroom are connected, I was undressing and someone came out of the washroom. .

I cannot stop thinking about the pedicure that I received from Joelene! I need to book another trip specifically to see her! Her attention to detail is amazing, my toes look and feel so perfect. This experience was one to remember!

First visit at their new location. Booked three ladies in for massages. At first I had penciled in the appointments. I received a call the day before the appointments to confirm, but it was a very busy day, and I didn't get a chance to call back until the end of my work day. When I did call back, I found out that my reservation had been cancelled. Thankfully our spots were still available and I re-booked the appointments. 1 massage out of 3 was spectacular, the other 2 were just ok. No consistency between any of them. The main waiting room is bright white and noisey. We were not shown to the spa waiting room or offered a drink or shown to the bathroom. Overall, I preferred their old location and was very disappointed with the caliber of the service at the new location.
