Dewalt Edmonton

Customers don't lie. If there's a problem with service they'll tell it like it is. This is my 2nd interaction with this place and both times I've come away a little angry from the service I recieved. I do my voting with my feet and will now start the task of replacing any tools with another brand. I spend good money for my tools and expect that the people who I buy them from to have the decency to treat the people who pay their salary with a bit of respect and courtesy

Guy on the front desk with the beard doesn’t know anything about customer service So rude and aggressive every time i go there he is just mean always. Today i had some questions regarding policy he was so rude I scared to ask him more questions. And god help you if you are going there for tool repair and that guy is dealing with you. Will share this in Other Facebook pages too. And i did write an email to the manager hopefully he is not the manager and email goes to write person.

I left work an hour early to get to dewalt factory service, got there at 4:30 on Friday. I walked in went to the counter, the guy asked me to leave cause they are closing . I said you guys are open till 5 , he asked me to leave so I left . So I will start buying Milwaukee from now on ....nov 4th

I heard good things about this place. My new drill had a defect and it was still under warranty so I decided to bring it in to get it repaired. They told me it would take about a week to get it repaired free and it did took only a week. I was very happy with the service they provided me. They were friendly too! Thanks again!

They guy over the phone was super rude, girls behind counter made it for the rude person as they were really helpful and nice. BUT got my laser level repaired after 3 weeks for $200 and now it keep shutting off after less than a minute so obviously something went wrong. Equipment is 2800 km away now and we are stuck !!!! So frustrating

Hahaha I was told about this location and was think about restocking a cargo trailer here next week but wow I have never read so many bad reviews, might stop by just for fun but Milwaukee it is!!

Just tried to return a dill and battery that I got for my birthday. I didn’t get a receipt with the gift so I asked if there’s any way I can get warranty and got a hard shut down no professional workers here

i spend 450$ on leaf blower not even a year old and service center in Edmonton very rude on the phone and wont warranty my tool very shame on u dewalt i wont buy any dewalt tools anymore

If your looking for customer service, go elsewhere. It’s not my first time here as I am sent to pick up parts for others poor choice in tools. This time, like the last 2 times, I walk in to a woman on the phone and a guy at the front desk computer. The entire 6 minutes I am standing at the front counter, I am not acknowledged as even existing in the store. The woman ends her call and the guy scoots over to ask a question, avoiding eye contact with me. Only when he’s done does she acknowledge me and provide the basic service of selling me a part. The experience with the woman was brief and not necessarily rude, but to the point of making a sale only. I guess they know they are the only supplier of Dewalt parts, so customer service is not needed to get the sale.
