Open early, with an overwhelming number of staff around the store. They are counting customers, and I assume there must be a 1:1 ratio at this point. They have a wonderful lumber department, and lots of information offered on signs. This is good, because despite the number of staff, we couldn’t find anyone to actually talk to us. The team member working in paint was really kind and tried to help us find somebody else with no luck.

It's always so much fun to just walk around for hours looking at stuff. They have got so much to look at and are really friendly.. always asking if we need anything right when we need them.

Their customer service at each section has been friendly and willing to assist at all times. The cashier explained how to get more rewards for a small business owner, that we didn't know about. Also her smile was so cute.

I have never visited another establishment of ANY kind that had SO much staff available and eager to assist! It almost appears most of the time that the staff is bored and wants to help customers just to talk and for something to do ... in short, the service is ASTOUNDING! Everyone seems knowledgeable about just about everything, and super experts in their field / section. Ask ANY associate about ANY product, and they are not only most likely to know where it is, but often will walk you to the product telling you about it and other options along the way! Great store, great staff.

I've done a full home reno, and home depot was my go to. Friendly staff, great inventory, and competitive prices.

Always super amazing staff that are available for help,product is pretty much always there when I need it and great return policy as well.

Bought some items and set up delivery, service desk extremely helpful . Delivery came, shorted 1 item, again service desk was helpful. Will definitely shop at this establishment again.

It's the goto place for do it yourself guys. One thing I found out by accident is there are bargains to be had if you shop in person that are not advertised on the web. Great customer service too!

Rented an attic insulation blower from Home Depot here in Medicine Hat. The rental department, customer service department and all other staff who helped out were all fantastic.

Visited this store many times over the years, when you need assistance your satisfaction is very dependent on which associate you run into. If you happen to get lucky and corner a guy named "Tim" you will never hear the words not my department and will certainly have a 5 star experience. There are other very helpful people and some that seem like they just want to get you out of their face.
