WOW I can not express enough do not ever shop here at all. The most dishonest people I know work here in Medicine Hat Store. We ordered a matching reclining chair for our loveseat and one of the sales person said that he cant order it until I come in and pay for it by the Sunday. So my daughter went in and paid for it and was told we would have the chair by Feb 15 and didnt actually receive it until March 27. My husband went in and picked up the chair and the sales person there told my husband he had to pay $157.00 more. He said there was still a remaining balance on it . We paid for the whole thing before it was even ordered as the guy said they cant order unless its paid for. My blood was boiling at this time for such a dishonest company to be in Medicine Hat. I really hope that no one ever has to go through this. All I can say is this Salesperson should be immediately fired . He is full of lies and the most dishonest person I met.

Great experience. Staff was very friendly, asked what we were looking for. Showed us options without be pushy. Plus the best price in town!

I normally hate sales people and shopping. I went in thinking I was going to have a high pressure sales people and I was blown away with the service, value and a good time buying.. I not only laughed at saving over $1000.00 from Ashley Furniture on a bedroom set but Shawn made my wife actually laugh while spending my money. Delivered 3 hours later. Need I say more

We purchased a sectional from Surplus Furniture a couple weeks ago and we are very satisfied with our purchase! We received awesome service from our salesperson Patrick. The prices were the best in town (for what we were looking for), and the option for the pet warranty was a must for us as well! Will definitely be returning in the future!
