Michele Harwood was amazing, she helped us pick out 2 mattresses and some pillows. She knew exactly where to start and what to show us and we really appreciated her knowledge and she was super friendly and kind. We would buy from her any day! 10/10!

We went to Sleep Country to check out their mattresses. They didn’t have the mattress we wanted in Twin XL but Michelle was amazing. I wanted to leave a comment because all the other places we went to had pushy sales people who try to make you buy mattresses out of your price range we just runaway when it’s the case as we feel trapped.  But Michelle took the time to listen and tried to find something in our budget and suiting our need. She was also super knowledgeable. We will definitely go back if we need another mattress.

Miguel was patient with my daughter and I. He explained everything in details. He is super knowledgeable with everything related to mattresses and pillows. He sold me my tempur pedic mattress 8 years ago. I just upgraded my pillows and will definitely come back if need to be.

Great co-operation from staff. When we wanted to upgrade to a larger much better bed the salesman came to our condo to help check how things would fit in our bedroom and go over the options with us. Being handicapped this was much appreciated. Love the bed and the options that it has.

My experience at the Sleep Country in Medicine Hat was great.  Michele is fantastic to deal with and is extremely helpful, professional, as well as kind and understanding of my needs. I purchased an adjustable bed, with some accessories and have been having wonderful sleeps.  She helped me pick the right bed for me.  Check out their new layout classy, roomy and clean with a great stock variety.  They also have all the supplies necessary for trying beds during pandemic times.  I definitely recommend our local Sleep Country.

I value customer service as the top priority when I am about to make a large purchase from a company. Miguel not only provided customer service, but gave TOP NOTCH customer service! Would recommend friends & family to see Miguel at Sleep Country in Medicine Hat. The movers were also very courteous & professional. The quality & price of the bed I purchased was beyond reasonable. Very happy customer.

Over the last little while,  we went on the search for the perfect pillow.  Miguel was very helpful and knowledgable. my husband then decided a new bed ,  again Miguel saved the day and helped us pick the perfect mattress.  Then both the kids needed new mattresses,  Miguel was never annoyed or bothered when we had a million questions.  Well always use Miguel when we shop at sleep country,  hes friendly and always makes it a good experience.

Sleep Country Medicine Hat is my go-to place for any bedding needs I have. The staff there are INCREDIBLY kind and helpful. Miguel has assisted me on numerous occasions and never fails to disappoint! He listens carefully to what is needed, considers the options available and asks for more information when required. He's always super friendly, outgoing and helpful! Not to mention he has a wicked sense of humour! Go see him for anything you need, I promise that you won't be disappointed!

I went in to buy a new contour memory foam pillow.  They only had one.  It was too soft and cost a rediculous $200.  Then the woman there said she didn't know why they don't sell!

Great place to buy bed/mattress but surely has a super rude and condescending sales man named Miguel, who has an anti-sale attitude. He spoke over us as if we do not have money to spend in this store that I am pretty sure his salary cannot buy anything in. We left wondering how sleep country Medicine Hat can be so complacent and careless about their reputation as to allow a bigot like Miguel be a salesperson here let alone man the store alone at anytime. I would not advise anybody especially people of color to shop here. I will never waste a penny of my money in that store.
