easyhome Rent to Own

I am an original Aaron's customer and have had great experience with them now Easy Home on the other hand has been another story. My washer got an error code in October 2017 spent 3 months being lied to about where it was and what was happening was brought back to me December 2017 just before Christmas now dumping water all over the laundry room floor but lets get everybody through Christmas holidays and it was picked up in January 2018, here we are in March 19 2018 no word from anybody and my last payment is tomorrow, I head down to the store the young fella tells me no worries it is warrantied for a year afterwards.....no wait Ryan tells me I am an Aaron"s customer so I am treated differently and it is not warrantied after it is paid for. So all I want is assurance that it is getting FIXED. no one can tell me this. I finally get someone to make the call to B&C Appliance and they have the machine waiting to hear from Easy Home for approval, Ryan tells me to my face all done. Manager tells me but we still can"t be sure because your warranty ends tomorrow. I suggested I will just call head office "why bother you are a Aaron's customer they don't care about you" the manager reply's. I head down to B&C Appliance and the very friendly helpful staff down there inform me they are still waiting for approval. Ryan put them on hold for 20 Minutes and never got back to the phone. Very class act this man. So if you are willing to risk the chance of having half a washer and dryer set and like being lied to and told you are nothing then Easy Home is your place to shop PS STILL NO WASHER

I have nothing but good relations with them something breaks and I have no issues with them fixing or replacing it.

When my Tv that was payed out died Easyhome went above and beyond and got me a new tv to replace it

Boyfriend picked us up a 70" tv from there, was told there was nothing wrong with it when indeed there was. Theres a huge black mark in the screen when your trying to watch something.
