Hudson's Bay

Incredibly clean. Staff we dealt with recently have all been knowledgable and friendly. Prices for the quality seemed about average. Large selection and choices of almost anything you want decor wise.

We just had a great experience with Kristen up at the tills, she was so helpful doing a return for us and was very knowledgeable. We had grief with a item and had to exchange it, painless and easy.

Surprisingly over priced for winter wear. Found exactly the same gloves in another store for literally 90% lower price. Sad. I don't understand how they can stay in business driving away customers like that.

If I could I would give them 0 stars don't buy from Hudson Bay if you expect to receive your purchase in a timely fashion!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I purchase a sectional in April and my order has been delayed 4 times!! I have yet to receive the sectional or any sort of compensation for said sectional! The first time my order was delayed Hudson Bay gave us a courtesy call to notify us as they should! However every other time they have canceled our delivery to delayed they didn't find it necessary to notify myself or my partner leaving us to sit at home and wait for a sectional that will not show! Between the two of us we have lost out on thousands of dollars in income!! BUYERS BEWARE this company does not care about their customers time or money!!

Always nice to go through The Bay. You can find good quality and some good deals.

The Lady in the ladies shoe department went way and above to help my wife in the clothes area. Friendly and very helpful.

Nothing like being lectured to about vaccines being bad and how Alberta should separate by Employees who obviously didn't finish Junior High Science.

Terrible customer service in the furniture department on boxing day!! Ladies at counter had a line up and told people to go to furniture desk to be helped quicker, we get to furniture desk and big long haired blonde lady comes up and very rudely tells us to go elsewhere as they were doing a furniture order and would be a while. That lady needs an attitude adjustment. We dropped what we were going to buy and walked out. We will not be back.

After years of no improvements to the store's atmosphere to attract shoppers, the Bay in Medicine Hat had a "facelift"! It's been modernized and looks great! After they iron out a few glitches, I'll be most happy to shop there!
