The staff at the store are great to work with but, guest care is the worst if you need to deal with them! This is the second time I’ve had to deal with them over a brand new item. This last time I bought a dining set, I received the table Wednesday afternoon and finally, after taking apart and removing my old table, I got to this one to set up. Clearly it came broken so I immediately tried calling guest care. This was at about 6:30 pm only to get an automated message saying they were closed and their business hours are till 7pm. Then after going into the store and having Rene contact service and send off my pictures all I could do was wait for their phone call. Once they finally called me they told me I have to re send the pictures and talk to the virtual assistant on their website. I got told I’ll get a call within 48 business hours! I now don’t have a dining table possibly all weekend. All I’m asking for is for it to be fixed and the fact that I have already waited a couple of days and possibly even longer now is ridiculous considering they are the ones who damaged it. Keep in mind product resolution should you need it! This company is horrible for it.

Perfect exchange on my sectional warranty, it took a while to get approved and exchanged but it worked out beautifully so I’m happy. The sales people we dealt with made us feel comfortable and appreciated . The delivery was a bit earlier then told multiple times but they understood when they had to wait for me to be ready for them: Both delivery personal were well mannered, knowledgeable with the products, and careful with my new pieces and my home. All around it was a great experience with both Medicine Hat and Red Deers Ashley home store. I will continue to be a customer. Thank you ! : :

The Ashley Home Store in Medicine Hat is fantastic. My two hyperactive boys, love coming in with me. The staff keep them entertained with the electric beds while I get my shopping done. They were giggling like crazy, having the time of their lives the whole time. This is my third purchase from them in the past month, I just bought my first house so I am slowly buying what we need to make into a home. I shopped around before settling on making my purchases at the Ashley Home Store. They have treated us so well that I can't imagine buying from anyone else. A big thank you to all the staff who have made my shopping trips so enjoyable.

Our sales Manger Jenn was an amazing to deal with. And helped us very well and efficiently. She was not pushy for sales and was very Informative and let us take our time and decided. We appreciate the feed back that she gave. On each appliance and the reviews on the appliances vs the water pressures ect. We definitely will look Into different appliances from Ashley's

Good communication about my delivery date and time. I like the map to follow along on their route. It’s nice to have a three hour window for your delivery and a few days to choose from. Delivery guys were very nice and set up the chair for us as it was a Christmas gift. There was some confusion at the beginning when I first dealt with the store. They contacted me and kept in touch afterwards so it all worked out in the end. Very friendly staff and I like the communication by email and phone. It’s an ice personal touch!

Didnt feel pressured at all. Cant wait to get my new sectional. Staff is super friendly and made sure to listen to all my must haves. Scott was great to deal with. He sold me my king size bed just over a year ago. No issues with it except hard to get out of.

We walked in the store and we’re greeted right away. We looked around at the appliances for a few minutes and got amazing information and service from Scott. We purchased and were in and out quick and it was a very smooth transaction!

Don't buy from this store. I wish I'd have read more reviews. Now I'm stuck with a piece of junk. They delivered damaged goods, wouldn't replace it with a new piece, unless we paid a restocking fee, then sent out a repair man weeks later, at their convenience. Great customer service, until they take your money.

Just purchased several pieces of furniture. Very pleased with the service from Jai and his manager. They were pleasant and easy to work with. We are very happy with our experience.
