Mattress Mattress

Awesome business. We went to a few places and the sales people were all extremely pushy. We had a budget we had to stick too and even when informing the sales people of that budget limit they still insisted and showing us mattresses completely out of our price range. When we got to mattress mattress I was extremely tired and stressed about trying to find a new mattress after the other places. The salesman here was very friendly and not pushy at all. We let him know our budget and he immediately showed us a few mattresses that were in our price range. First he asked us our preferences and showed us the one he thought would best meet those and still be what we could afford. Then he showed us a few others, also in our price range but let us know how they may or may not meet our needs. We loved the first one immediately even after trying the others. He insisted we lay on it for a while to ensure the we were sure of our purchase. He was way more concerned with making sure we had one that would meet our needs, instead of just a quick sale. Then he took the time, over and hour, to tell us about other beds and mattresses we may be interested in when we told him what we were hoping to save up for. He explained in depth how all the electronic bed frames worked. The pros and the cons as well as explained about the different mattresses and pillow options that could help with our health needs. He knew before starting this long discussion that we would not be purchasing anything other then the one mattress and that we just wanted the information so we could have a goal cost to start saving for the others. And even knowing that he still took the time to explain everything. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress or a bed frame.

My wife and I needed a king size mattress and Tamara was attentive and easy to deal with. We don't live in town but she arranged to have the mattress sold through another location and also arranged delivery. Got our mattress two weeks later and also a follow up call checking on how the delivery went and if we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend this location and appreciate all the staffs care a support during the purchasing process. good job guys.

Great educated staff! I bought an Italian made cooling pillow by Technogel. I had no idea that such an amazing pillow existed!
