The salesperson was really helpful and we appreciated that he was knowledgeable and helped us make a purchase decision without being pushy. Our item was available when promised and we love it.

Good customer relations.... Very informative if asked. Did have one "Tag Along" to begin with. Really dislike people following me in a store. My one complaint.

Great store! My sales person Mic was great very informative and easy to deal with! The delivery team went above and beyond. I will defiantly be going back for the rest of my household needs....

The sectional was exactly as described and the lady that was helping me out with the purchase was amazing she explained all the available options and was not pushy she told me that a delivery date and and it arrived the day stated as promised i have bought several pieces of furniture from the brick over the last two years and this was one of the better experiences that i had. Also the delivery team was polite and did there best not to drag in to much snow which was almost impossible that day as we were having a snow storm
