RONA

Terrible service. I bought a Walnut colored flooring. I recieved something else with 6 colors in it. All the boxes were taped up because the 18 boxes were damaged. i couldn't complete my project so they promised me 6 more boxes, never heard back. After 3 months I am taking it all back. Disgusted with how I am being treated. Update: I lifted what was installed and took it back never to return again. I met the manager Philip. I left with a Rona account and new flooring, lol, way to upsell Philip! You get 2 more stars for 3.

Most staff are helpful. However one cashier needs to be reviewed / retrained on their customer service skills. Constantly gets things wrong & makes the whole visit end on a poor note. Not what you want as your final service before leaving! I have their name if Rona is interested.

Probably the worst Rona I’ve dealt with todate always a problem with ordering and deliveries. Now I was hit by a Rona driver on purpose and Justin and the manager Steven won’t even provide me with the insurance which is against the law and Justin lied to the officer and my face to try and get the driver out of trouble even through he is at 100% fault. And as Justin and Steven wouldn’t provide me with the insurances info I said shall I get a laywer who I already called and said I have a strong case but I tried to settle this before and Steven Rudely said you threatened with a laywer so we’re no talking to you after I’ve spent prob 30,000 in plywood alone this season Go to homedepot and save your self the hassle and I can attach the collision report for proof

Went to buy a pallet of soil and a couple other things, the cashiers were so pleasant and helpful. Went to garden centre and the forklift driver was amazing he was beyond helpful, he took the time before loading the pallet on my truck to wrap it and made sure the load was secure, that the bags of dirt couldn't shift, I had an almost 1 hour drive home with lots of hills and curves so that made feel so much better with me driving the truck such a distance with such a heavy load!!

The personnel and service at this Rona are excellent, but the selections are limited and the store itself seems somewhat disorganized. Having said that, there are some things that seem to be exclusively available here and not at competitor's stores.

We bought some utility mat for a dance floor for our wedding and didn't end up needing it. We went to rona without a receipt and Larry, the manager was so kind and willing to help us out. He was upbeat, friendly and was willing to work with us, saving us much needed extra cash for the wedding! He gave us a gift card in exchange. Such a great experience!

We love being able to shop local and get great service. Kara stayed past her shift end to make sure we were looked after and had everything we needed!! The lumber yard staff are great as well!

If we could give a zero we would. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing in the store and in the pick up yard. Special ordered privacy panels which were the poorest quality and not even saleable. Even to get refund had to go from front to the back to the front of store to get the paperwork done to refund. Wait in line each time and then need manager approval for refund which took longer. Disappointing! Want to support Canadian company but service and product is not to standard. 2 hours in store/warehouse to pick up preordered item. 30 minutes to g 3

The staff went outta their way, not once, but twice to try and find me a one off item. While they didn't have one of my items but showed me a useful alternative, they did have the second, in an ''extra's'' drawer. And sent it home with me! Thank you! It brightened my day, when it truly needed a little extra light!
