Staples Woodlawn Centre

Went in to do some double sided printing. Was directed to self serve with no instructions even though the girl at the counter was doing nothing. Tested my project and it was good. Started printing the rest and apparently the ink wasn't a pure black so it started printing color sheets totally ruining my project and charging me 4x for it. I mentioned to the girl and she told me what I 'should have' done. Now I have to print it all again, more cost. Always bad customer service at print desk here. I'll go up the street for more reliable fast service and better quality paper/printing.

Like most Staples stores, well stocked, staff that are generally quite helpful, bright, clean and exactly what you'd expect. Negative experiences I've had with Staples has been due to the online ordering system and this store. If there is a discrepancy, staff here tend to start from the position that I am wrong. So, for the most part I try to use that feature with the North Guelph Staples store. However, I often end up at this store as it is better stocked. At the end of the day, I am guessing that they are under some directives that make this a default start position, and I have generally been able to reach resolution.

We arrived at a busy time (about 2:30pm) I was assisted by the fantastic Kathleen who was the Service Manager. She was so understanding and knew what I wanted to accomplish and she made it happen. She truly went above and beyond for me and made me love this store! Thank you so much! =-)
