The Fitness Center

I have been a member for 4 months and I really enjoy going to this gym. I have been fortunate enough to train with Mike, he is tough but he's extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. The facility is not a like a goodlife or lifetime and neither are the membership or training fees. It feels like family type environment. The other members and staff are super friendly and helpful. This place was recommended to me and i would recommend it as well.

The owner of this center is amazing. Very helpful. Takes time for each customer.

Rarely opens on time and careless employees lie to your face. Its Dirty. Bathroom smells like urine. It has a poor selection of plates which are never put away properly. Looks like this gym was once a great, no nonsense place to work out. Definitely not the case any more. I'm certain that I will not be renewing my membership to this gym.

This place is great ...I've been going on and off for about a year . .the staff is great the people are nice and the gym it self is awesome ...if I had 4 thumbs I'd give it 👍👍👍👍

Great equipment. Gym reminds one of the olden days. Absolutely no frills.
