I have been a member of Fit4Less for over 10 years at this location. We have had positive changes in Management and Staff during this time. However, I have noticed that staff members with less experience and seniority have been given managerial positions. It's very apparent, one worker in particular who has the seniority, consistently shown confidence, customer service skills as well as managerial skills is being overlooked. Something is not right with this picture!!nOn another note, the gym is always clean and Management and staff is very helpful and friendly, great gym!!!

Fit4Less is a great gym that offers excellent value for money. The facility has all the essential equipment you need for a good workout, from cardio machines to free weights and strength training machines.nnOne of the major perks is the free parking, which makes getting there hassle-free. While the gym can get quite busy at peak times, making it a bit challenging to get on certain machines, it’s hard to complain given how affordable the membership is.nnOverall, Fit4Less provides a solid workout environment at a budget-friendly price. It’s a great option for anyone looking for a well-equipped gym without breaking the bank.

I like the concept, and this place is very convenient to use however the quality could be at a bit higher level. Gym is generally clean but a bit crowded.nnMain issue I have is that rowing machine doesn’t work, display is broken and it feels like resistance part is not working at all.

The worst gym iv ever been to. They don’t have the target machines the machines they do have is run down. Half the machines have a sign on them saying they are not working and who knows how long they have not been working..impossible to create a workout mode. This gym is only for men who pump irons not inclusive for women. Its such a shame because they have such good location. I will be ending membership

The worse gym I’ve never been. I create my membership and paid for that, I went to the gym picking up my card on the 1st day. The next day I went there again and my card was declined at the door and l never seen a them staffs office after 3 days so the lady been laying on my face first I used the debit card while I was supposed to use a credit card witches I find stupid also been yelling on my face. Rather go to GoodLife than this fit4less especially this Lawrence mall. Staffs are useless and so disrespectful
