Super friendly staff, I call it my second home. Pretty busy almost all the time, however, people are friendly and the place and the equipments are fine. Super busy hours 4PM - 8PM, avoid these hours, if possible.
Oh yeah there is also a free parking for 2 hours.

This place is big, but no matter how many people attend, you'll always find equipment and space to exercise. Parking is covered for three hours. The trainer's know their stuff, the staff are so nice, and you'll always get a big greeting from two of the best cats you'll ever know, Jay and Shahab.
You always feel good about going back the next day, and you'll see the confidence building as you reach for that target, but be patient because the journey is the best part.

Tonight the gym was way over peak and almost dangerously crowded, with a lot of members milling about. All benches, cable machines, etc were taken, with members hoarding weights near their benches. I can't imagine how anyone who wasn't on a cardio machine could get a decent workout in. Far too little equipment for the demand and space capacity of the gym. Gym had no towels, with a thirty minute wait. After waiting to get a bench, and then having it stolen by another member I left. Staff told me this level of crowd was usual. Head office needs to step in and supply more equipment or control capacity better. I'll stick to downtown gyms where things are more sane.

I really like this location. Good, clean air circulation, bright, open, large variety of machines and free weights. The only downside are the contractors that built the gym. Tiles falling off, electrical issues sometimes... find a new contractor, you're definitely being ripped off. I actually went here after a failed attempt at a different location. I'm definitely coming back to this location more often.

I am a Goodlife Member since Extreme Fitness got bought out. This newer location on Yonge/York Mills is the best I have experienced so far and I trained in many different Goodlife locations in the GTA. Staff is nice and friendly, equipment is clean but a bit crammed which is not unusual giving the prime location. Free parking is a big bonus although I would love to have 2.5 or 3 hours instead of 2 which is a bit tight if you do a longer training session. I also like the generous space in the locker rooms with the benches so even at peak times people are not invading each others space too much.
