Super friendly staff, always clean and no judgement! The free indoor parking is limited to two hours so keep that in mind if you are planning to do some cardio and weights. Edit: I changed my mind from giving it 5 stars 4 because of how limited the parking is. If you are doing a full program and want to take a shower you have to really time yourself because of the 2 hours free parking. It's been few times I had to pay extra because of that!

If you don't care about the bells and whistles of goodlife, this is a good place to work out. Wish there were locker rooms though, but it's a good enough place for the extremely good price.

Mileage may vary depending on location. Some locations have staff that go around cleaning and disinfecting equipment, change rooms, massage chairs, bathrooms and showers, but most don't. Have often seen (male) staff go to a urinal and leave without washing their hands. At some locations, showers doors are usually locked because of a bad choice of locks that make it easy for patrons to leave the door locked when they leave. Most locations have no water-temperature control for the shower, and the pre-set temperature is way too hot. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Looks nicer than most good life gyms. Great equipment. Only issue is that there are no water fountains.
