I love this location! Typically there aren't many people when I go, and everyone is friendly. I find there's plenty of space considering the low traffic. And they have every machine I could possibly need. Friday nights after work are my favourite time to go, and Saturday after lunch.

Small but nice and clean for the most part. Definitely a gym for people who are just starting to work out or have their own plan they are using. They do not have a great variety of machines, though, BUT they let you use the TRX and other random PT equipment if you want it! Trainers and staff are EXCELLENT, I always get friendly greetings. The bathrooms can get kind of gross and for some reason people change in the sauna, but that is beyond the gym staff's control. People need to stop being gross-- DO NOT WEAR YOUR SHOES IN THE GD SAUNA!

I used this club while visiting Scarborough for a week. I did BodyFlow with Suzy twice and she was lovely (and was available after class to answer questions and offer tips!). Great women's only club. Equipment and showers are very clean and the gym is not too busy.

Staff is awesome and friendly. Childminding really takes an interest in your kids and helps with homework when needed. Facilities are clean and you are surrounded with a positive group of people .

Small and quiet. Nice if you want to do your own workout. Good sélection of classes
