- They now have 5 squat racks and more benches, so it's even better now. This gym has a really good amount of strength training equipment. Large facilities overall. Pool and sauna, although I use neither. Benches are all taken at peak periods. 3 squat racks are nice, with lots of extra bars & weights for dead lifting. Basically, everything you need to get strong. Definitely an emphasis on cardio machines & space, however. Lots of younger people here. Not many extremely buff patrons. If you're an attractive, youngish girl, guys will occasionally come up to chat.

I have been in several locations of Good life, they all have some huge problems in common. They never do what they say when they want to register you. I have enough evidence and witnesses that prove they lie a lot and are not responsible for their promises. If you are not lucky enough and already registered always check your banking statement! If not registered yet ask them to give you a printed version of contract and ask the registrar to sign it before making any payment to see if what they say is in the contract. I bet they will not give any printed contract to you, will send you an email which has nothing even a bit close to what come from their mouth. Your complain is not important for them AT ALL !!

Its just very average gym.Staff is ok but very responsive and great. Lockers area looks very old, Yoga And Bike Studio is good.Towel many times not available. Goodlife fitness promote themselves as best fitness club in Canada , I just want to share that its not facility make you best...you need to hire more client friendly responsive staff to improve your services. I am Health Quality Specialist and understand what quality mean.

The parking is paid or you have to sell your soul for it. You pay $ 12.50 for 3 hours of parking. The showers are dirty looking. The staff is really good.

People who work here are really nice but that's pretty much all it has going for it. They are doing extensive renovations but on nothing I would value (the locker room is in rough shape but they've painted inspirational messages on the gym walls instead? And don't even get me started on their new booking system. Garbage.
