Updated: from 5 to 2 stars. This gym has not been maintained properly after years. Not enough gym equipment. Do not recommend you work out there.

It's a good place to work out, but it's expensive. There is no punching bag, and people in the locker rooms don't have an public decency. They walk around the locker rooms naked. There is a sauna, showers for people to use so that's good.

This was my first location which still enjoy going to (even though its a little out of the way). The gym is not in any convenient location for public transit as it is in an office building. The facility is also a little outdated compared to some of the newer establishments. That said, the gym is pretty quiet and does still have all of the equipment that I need. I tend to go here when I want to use the busy stations (such as Squat rack, benches, etc.)

This GoodLife location has everything you need to get in shape. Body building, powerlifting, and some Olympic lifting can be done. The staff is great here, very laid back and not always breathing down your neck like other GoodLife locations.
