Friendly and knowledgeable sales rep (Dennis). Good variety of quality furniture. We love our brand new custom built sectional, especially the extra firm super luxe foam. Would definitely recommend this place. We went here after looking around a few places we thought would be good but that was a wrong assumption on our part. My parents got a leather couch set from here almost 15 years and its still good. Hopeful that we will have the same experience with our couch, and that we get what we paid for.

Not only did we get exactly what we ordered but the manner that it was done was excellent. Great experience when we shopped with Walter who gave us many options and even pointed out items we wouldn't have seen like the chair we bought that fits perfectly in our space. The delivery men were polite, respectful and prompt. I got a call as they were on their way. They set everything up and cleaned up after themselves. All I had to do was open the door and then sit down on my new sofa. Thanks for the great experience and products.

Best shopping experience I'very ever had next 2 purchasing tools off a Snap - On truck ! The store was brightly lit and organized in such a way 2 locate what article U're looking 2 view or as in my case purchase . I was overly comfortable with the very knowledgeable salesman Mr. Dennis Thomson & his friendly sales tactics which I appreciated as he was not pushy or over aggressive trying 2 make a sale . Even dealing with head office on 1 of the 3 articles that I purchased got lost , the Staff were very efficient, kept me advised on the status of locating my purchase .I was very impressed with the whole transaction from walking into the store till the very polite & Courteous Delivery men unwrapped & set up my furniture without damages or trackin g snow & salt into my premises I w ould like 2 thank Dianne Skakavic and the rest of the Chesterfield Shop as I felt very comfortable & relaxed through the whole experience! !!!!
