Lastman's Bad Boy

We just recently purchased a set of real leather sofa with automatic recliners from this store. The sales staff was very pleasant and helpful and tried to accommodate us to the best of his ability which was wonderful and we got our couch delivered to us the next day. The only thing was when it was delivered one of the arm doesn’t work properly and the worse yet the delivery guys were extremely unprofessional. They threw the boxes and packaging stuff right on my driveway and took off and expect us to clean up and cut the boxes down to throw it away. When we asked if they can remove the old couch and place it on our curb we were told that they charge a fee to remove which all other companies don’t charge. We had to pay them cash to move the old one onto the curb. The delivery guys just killed the excellent customer service that the guys in the store worked hard for and left us with a bad experience that I would think twice before I come back to make another purchase which I need soon.

Their system for communicating with the customer about the delivery of the washer was pretty good overall except the drivers were suppose to call one hour before delivery so that I could meet them at the address. The delivery communication system home office called me to let me know the drivers were even an hour behind the end of the 4 hour window. It's a good thing I went to the address early to wait for them. I ended up waiting an hour and a half for them. They never did call but were polite and helpful once they arrived. They should have called like they were suppose to. One guy drives. The other could call. Could have been 5 star. Other wise they deserve a 3.5 to 4.

nice large showroom, friendly staff, free parking and reasonable price. I went there one day prior to black Friday and they offered me all black Friday prices. Bought lot of household items from there!!

Went to buy a mattress. When i called out to a Chinese lady for help she completely ignored me. Called her 2nd time same thing. Another one walked by and the same thing. Three minutes later both were just talking to each other. Went to desk to complain but they did not want to listen but called someone to come. Meet a lady called Yasmin.She helped me out a lot and was very polite and even apologized about the other people which she did not need to. Bad Boy needs to get rid of ignorant sales people and not just say sorry. I will go again soon but if same treatment i will never go back.
