Big Al's Aquarium

I've been shopping here for almost two decades now. The service has always been great. The staff are very knowledgeable, and many of them have been there for many years, showing that the company clearly looks after their staff. Always a great selection of livestock fish, aquariums and equipment and decor. By far one of the best places to go if you need any type of aquarium equipment or livestock.

The best fish Store in Canada by none. Always love this store. Great variety and always healthy fish. The very knowledgeable and friendly staff are what makes it the best. Even if you don't buy any fish just go explore the wonders of all the amazing fresh and salt water specimens

Nice and organized fish store. Some dead fishes in there thanks. Knowledgeable crew. I recommend to signup for there e-sales. You have to definitely quarantine the fishes you buy here though before mixing them to your expensive fishes.

This is one of the biggest fish store in North York. If you love caring for fish, best place to go. You can find variety of fresh and salt water fish, aquarium and accessories. You can also watch shark feeding.

I have visited this Big Al's location and I didn't buy anything. No pressure sales ... no nothing. I asked for advice and also I put a lot of questions, everything was answer to more then my satisfaction. Any other store should look up to the level of customer service this particular location is offering. I will go back and make my purchases based on their knowledgeable answers, which I verified since I'm a noob to allow of this...
