Sandra has been absolutely incredible!!! I’m used to working with Long and McQuade previously as an event venue owner - but when my two sons wanted musical instruments, and then a repair for an electric guitar, I could not have been happier to have come to this particular location !!! Sandra has helped us not only pick out the items, but also guide the boys in terms of the instruments. I’m so truly grateful and I can’t wait to come back for more additions !!! What an amazing experience for our family!!!

I am extremely disappointed with your services and would like to outline the sequence of events regarding my recent purchase:nn1. I ordered a synthesizer from the official website. According to the website, it was in stock, and I paid over $1,000 as a partial payment. I chose to pick it up from the Steeles branch.nn2. For a week, I received no updates. I called and visited the store multiple times to check the status. Each time, I was told that it would leave the warehouse in a day or two.nn3. After 10 days from my partial payment, I received an email from the store stating that the item was not in stock and had been discontinued. They offered the demo model on the floor as a replacement, claiming it is equivalent to a new product.nn4. I argued that a demo model is not the same as new, as it has been handled and played with by multiple people.nn5. They offered a 15% discount on the demo model, which I accepted.nn6. On the day I accepted the offer, another customer purchased the synthesizer from the store.nn7. They located another display model in Vancouver, and I agreed to proceed with it.nn8. I was told it would be shipped via Purolator, but I was not provided with a tracking number.nn9. After waiting five days with no updates, I emailed the store but received no response.nn10. Upon visiting the store and speaking to the person I had been emailing, they did not have a tracking number and were unsure if the item had even been sent. While I expressed my concerns, the item was suddenly brought to the front, meaning the store staff did not even know it had been delivered.nn11. Upon opening the box, I found fingerprints all over the synthesizer, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned or handled with care.nnThis experience has been extremely frustrating, with repeated miscommunication, lack of tracking information, and poor handling of the product. I expected a far higher level of professionalism given the cost of the purchase and the reputation of your store.

I had a great experience today with Mr. Paul Atkinson.nnI first came in a couple of months ago, and he helped me back then as well. When I returned today, he once again took the time to clearly explain the different parts and functions of the guitar in a way that was easy to understand.nnAt first, I was a bit unsure about starting lessons, but after speaking with him today, I feel much more confident in my decision. Thanks to his guidance and patience, I bought a new, fresh, and strong case today, and I start lessons tomorrow.nnHe taught me a lot of stuff that I should know as a beginner, such as how to change strings and how and where to keep my guitar safe.nnI really appreciated his help today

I came in today for my new guitar, and Paul was extremely helpful from start to finish. He shared his knowledge about guitars and gave me useful advice on how to properly care for them, which meant a lot because I want my investment to last. From the moment I walked into the acoustic room, Paul was welcoming and approachable. His expertise and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience enjoyable and made my decision much easier.
