If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Avoid this store. Staff will make promises (i.e. unopened, undamaged items may be returned + store manager will override "Final Sale" on printed bill). Believe no verbal representation. Store manager, Amrit Singh, acknowleges his staff say these things, but still says no. Offers bill credit towards next phone purchase. Staff has no business expressing such promises without knowing management will stand behind them and Amrit will not. The hallmark of excellent service is not how it goes when everything goes well, but when it doesn't. If you are looking for that, find a better store. You will not get that here.

This store employs high caliber people, my visits are always pleasant and informative.

The worst store ever. They sold me an mini IPAD and said it was going to share my phone data; instead I received a $500 bill after the first month. Turns out they put me on the wrong plan that couldn't share my data. When I called customer service they told me to go all the way back to the store. These guys are useless and a big waste of time.
