The UPS Store

Worst experience ever! I check the status of my order and it says delivered but I got no package nor a note on my door. Now after spending hours with their customer service I was informed that “The Helper” of the UPS Driver dropped off the item and the main person responsible (The Driver) was not even aware of where the item was dropped off. I even paid extra for their express shipping because I needed my package for a deadline and now they are telling me it takes 8-10 days just for investigations. Absolutely ridiculous! Never using UPS ever again, you shouldn’t either!

Worst UPS. Came in half an hour after it was supposed to be open but it is still close. Poor management at its best.

Rude management, worst customer service. I went to this store to drop off a small package with cell phone return. I asked them to put a strip of packaging tape for extra protection. The manager argued with me for a minute that the tape is not needed and then said he will do it for $5 "service charge". This was for two 6 inch strips of tape. It was obvious that there is no such charge and that the $5 was his way to show to me that he will not do it. All that time the roll of tape was laying behind him on a counter. I went to the other UPS store few kms away and they tapes the box in 10 seconds without any objection.

I have been a client at this location since they opened. I find the staff helpful. I often have packages delivered here and since I started, I never have to run around to multiple pick-up locations for the couriers to get packages. A great time saver. In addition, when I am sending something, they will suggest other ways that may be more cost efficient. Thanks.

I send a package there, got charged a ridiculous high price, at least $20-30 more than it should be. Some of the charges on the receipt, don't even know what's that, Printing Inc? what is that?! and $5 to use the computer to print out the file. I have two UPS big envelopes I brought in store, the owner charged me for that too, they are not even from that store! He also teared apart the receipt and all he does was just taped it horribly and gave to the customer. The rest of UPS stores are way better. Free envelopes and friendly staff.
