I have been going here for about 3 years. This place is hit or miss...sometimes you go in and get a smiling face and a "hello" and other times the staff act like you are invisible and they are clearly avoiding you. They do have some people that do not belong in customer service, as well; I specifically asked the Indian girl (sorry don't know her name for sure ?Aisha?) nicely for what I needed. She did not bother to look in the computer or try to walk around to look for the product; she just flat out said, "we don't have that." I took the initiative and 15 minutes later after scouring the place found what I was looking for on my own. I go back to the counter where she is the only one there and she "pretends" to be studying the computer; I finally have to say something. When I confronted her about finding the product, she just looked at me like a deer in headlights and didn't even respond to me. Really? I checked out and told her to have a nice day -she didn't even give me any salutation. WTH? If you try to call ahead to see if they have a product, good luck with them answering the phone. Then you may still drop in and see everyone who works there doing a bunch of NOTHING. Answer the phone people - that is trifling not to - you are running a business! In fairness, I have had days where I go in and there are kind, helpful people with smiling faces; just not enough days. The product is pretty decent there, which is why they get 2 solid stars. It can be pricey but they have a "decent" selection of healthy items. Overall, the place needs deep customer service improvement...there are other HP stores with MUCH better customer service. If they weren't so close to my house - I would rarely go there.

Absolutely the worst employee service I have ever received from a health store. Management obviously places no value in training staff or hiring non-zombie personnel. I live close by so I thought I would give this location a second chance, but what a horrible experience. Staff just walked away after they weren't able to help me without doing a little leg work. On another location after asking about fish oil, staff just read the back of the label and still couldn't give me any more info. I spoke to a person standing outside the shop when I left and they described the store as pathetic. Healthy Planet should be called "night of the living dead". Absolute joke

Lazy attendants who are more worried about texting and don't know a damn thing about the nutritional products they sell. Also, the front clerks were on an Anti-Israeli rant with each other which was completely inappropriate considering the clientele. The vile garbage coming from their mouths was shocking and seemed purposely loud so the store could here it. I am shocked and appalled these animals operate in Canada . Avoid this place at all costs.

Staff is helpful and kind but the cashier that i always made my payment never mentioned to me about the points card..

This place us not as organized and clean as other Healthy Planet stores. I was buying there empty capsules and had hard time to find the right one because it was a mess on a shelf. There was no brand names on the price tags, only a barcodes and I was advised to compare a barcode on a package with a barcode on a price tag in order to find what I need. I found that staff was not very polite that day.
