There seem to be a lot of empty shelves. Stock is not being replaced, possibly a Covid fallout. While that may be the reason, truth is it's no fun shopping when you can't find what you want. Similarly they had a silver ballon shortage the last time I came in to buy balloon bouquets. Happened twice. No common balloons at Party City?? Not fair, not nice. Party City, do something about it.

I went to get birthday balloons for my boyfriend, it's November so I understand taking them outside into the cold and back inside could be hard on them. The worker told me not to leave them in my car so I got them on lunch and brought them inside my work. As soon as i brought them from my car to my work, 1 popped immediately. I went back after work to see if I could replace it, she kindly did it for me but said usually you had to pay for a new one once it leaves the store. I find that policy ridiculous, you should be able to have the balloon replaced if you couldn't even get them home to your partner before they broke. Especially when some of the bigger ballons cost 16$ each. It's only been 1 day and they are already on the ground. I spent around 20$ on this bouquet and I am very unimpressed with the quality. Thank you to the kind worker who replaced my balloon, but not happy with party city at all.
