Spent more than $1700 for a table and chairs. Ordered it and said they would be in within 3 weeks. Got the table and 2 of 6 chairs within 3 weeks and the other 4 chairs never did arrive. After inquiring a second time about the other 4 chairs they told us we couldn't get those colours. So we told them we would like a refund and to return what we had as this was not what we paid for. They would not refund us any money, we could only have an in store credit. Why would we want to spend more money in a place where they lie and treat people this way. We will never shop there again and will make sure that others know how they trap their costumes.

Ordered a besser over 4 months ago and still haven't received it. Had the receiving date changed 4 different times now and very frustrated. You expect to drop 3000 on something and get it in a timely matter. Definitely won't take my business there ever again
