Samantha was great at resolving a previous order issue and helped us purchased a good washer dryer set and a sofa that suites our need. She was exactly what we needed in a good customer service woman. We will definitely come back to see her for other purchases.

Derek was so helpful without being pushy. He made sure to inform us of all the special promotions and helped us go through the process of purchasing our new appliance quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable about all the products we looked at, which made deciding much easier. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had an excellent experience at the brick in Regina.nYasmin was my sales consultant. She was amazing! I requested customization to furniture from Dynasty furniture.nThe delivery was 7 weeks and it was on time with excellent communication and follow up from the team.nMy cuddler didn’t have the holes drilled for two of the legs. The brick sent out a technician the next day to fix the issue.nExcellent experience all around !

The purchase was easy but the 2 delivery gents were awesome! They were polite and quick and informative. There is a dent on the right side of fridge but it’s NOT from the movers because that would have been a scratch instead. Plus we were at the truck and door the entire time. Overall very good experience! Thank u to The Brick and especially the movers!!
