Four Points by Sheraton Regina

Affordable, clean and convenient. Hotel staff were all quite good, but the real standout was Patti at the grill and bar... my goodness, that woman is a SAINT! I was in town with colleagues attending a conference, and we were all struck by her kindness, care, and constant attentiveness to our needs and to the host of folks at the grill that night it was quite busy. Train noise at 12am is the only reason I can give 4 instead of 5.

1/5 StarsnnI would not recommend staying at this hotel.nnThe area felt very unsafe. During my stay, I witnessed two apparent drug deals taking place right on the corner of the hotel building. One of the individuals involved then went into the hotel bar. This did not create a comfortable or secure environment for guests.nnThe hotel itself has a noticeable dusty smell and poor air circulation. The walls throughout the property are dirty and appear to be poorly maintained.nnThe pool area was especially concerning. It was visibly dirty, and the chemical levels may need to be checked. Several people in our group experienced reactions simply from being in the pool area.nnThe one positive aspect of our stay was that the food was decent.nnOverall, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, concerns about the pool area, and the unsafe atmosphere around the property made for a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

The hallways are in rough shape. The floors. Also the AC barely works and keeps shutting off... check out is at noon but we left at 7am because of how hot it is.... I definitely wouldnt recommend

Terrible hotel, extremely run down and dirty. Arrived in Regina for a business trip. The first room I was given was absolutely disgusting. Tiles had fallen off in the shower and were haphazardly affixed with globs of grout, and all the tiles in the bottom 1/4 of the shower were mouldy. Window sills were filthy, beds were ancient and have sagged in the middle. The whole room was filthy, smelly and gross. I complained at the front desk and was eventually given another room on the third floor. Stepped into the elevator which was also disgustingly dirty, dirt and grime built up in all the corners. The room I was given was only marginally cleaner and the beds were just as bad, but at least there wasn’t mould in the shower. This whole place needs a complete renovation and they need to hire people that know how to clean properly. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere, this hotel is not up to Four Points standards.

Decided to be safe after experiencing a spring snow storm in Southern Sask on our way home to Edmonton. The snow was so thick we couldn’t see the road. It was after 2 am and we were tired. Called a Marriott property to check availability as the app was unusable due to it already technically being Saturday even though it was late late Friday night. We were turned away even though they had rooms available due to their supposed inability to change their evening audit reports.nnSo I called this one! We were welcomed by a very friendly evening desk person I didn’t catch his name but he was on night shift last night May 15/2026.nnWe were very tired weary travellers and he was a friendly face in the storm.nnHe EVEN remembered us from another stay!nnJust wanted to commend him and thank this property for welcoming somewhat stranded weary travellers last night. We had a good rest and are now on much better roads to Edm.
