Best Western Seven Oaks Inn

Decent place. Rooms clean and some good amenities but do not bring your sports teams here as the place locks down at 10:00 to the point they follow you around. Never experienced anything like it so if you have fun parents go elsewhere. This place does not cater to sports teams.

The hotel was nice, our poolside room was great, good room service. My only issue was what looked like a large urine stain on the sheets, so I question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. I don't blame them for the rowdy guests in the hall, they handled them quickly.

Stayed 2 nights. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Awesome swimming facility. All staff was very courteous and professional. Will definitively stay again.

We had a mix up with our hotel reservation due to a family emergency and didn't call to cancel within the 24 hour deadline. I called the hotel and explained the situation and the front desk person was so helpful and understanding. They refunded our cancellation fee and wished us well. Great customer service!

Room was pretty outdated. Heater didn’t work and just blew cold air, not so great after working out in -30 all day. Worst part was pulling out the spare blanket to try to stay warm and it was totally coated in short black hairs that flew everywhere when I pulled it out, looked like it was unwashed with dog hairs covering it. Really gross. All plastic cups in the rooms with no eco friendly options. The whole hotel had a pretty musty smell throughout. 2 stars for free Ricky’s breakfast and a nice lobby. It was pretty quiet and the water park would be fun for kids. Not good for the business traveller though.
