Ramada Plaza Regina

I stayed at Ramada Regina while my husband was in hospital for back surgery. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and stocked. I recommend it as excellent place to stay downtown area.

I don't even know where to begin. We changed rooms 3 times. First room stunk, carpet was dirty, couldn't stay in it. Second room the toilet was very wobbly and there was bloodstain on the pillowcase. We stayed in that room for the night and moved to a different room the next day. The food from restaurant was terrible. They need a new cook there. Sorry but it was awful. I don't have one good thing to say about the food. Check your room before you decide to stay. Manager was awesome though.

Love the slide and beds are comfortable and spatial. Breakfast is delicious and hi-nquality. I don’t like the location because for me it is a 14 hour drive. Overall good hotel.

Obviously this hotel has an issue with questionable clientele since they will only give you a room if they can guarantee they can charge a credit card. Ive never had such problems when trying to get a room anywhere. We offered a cash deposit if possible and were told to go find somewhere else to stay.

Nice place. My only complaint is that you can hear everything from the hallway. We were there after a Roughrider game and could clearly hear the merry makers coming in at 2am. Not a big problem, but it was noticeable.
