Ramada Plaza Regina

Stayed her for a recent work trip. The rooms look quite dated but they are starting to renovate them. The have a few different places to eat. I had supper in one lounge and breakfast in another. I have stayed here before and will again as the location is very close the general hospital where my work was at.

There was a small issue with the room not being cleaned properly. A call to reception and it was rectified. The manager then offered a discount to our bill.nThat says a lot about good customer service.

It was fun I always enjoy staying here but I do prefer a room at the back of the building as the street is very loud

I stayed at Ramada Regina while my husband was in hospital for back surgery. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and stocked. I recommend it as excellent place to stay downtown area.

Stayed at the Ramada November 7, 2024.nnI wouldn’t recommend Ramada unless you want to take home cockroaches. Found cockroach on the wall in the bathroom. I took pictures and videos. I asked if they had problems with cockroaches they told me “no”. They changed their answer once I told them what was crawling around. That was on floor 10. I asked maintenance if they had problems with them as well. Him to said he did renovations so there’s none. When picture was shown, he walked away lol be careful if you choose to stay there.
