Ramada Plaza Regina

It was an awesome stay.Food was excellent. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Nice dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. It was nice and quiet. The only disappointment was the hot tub was out of service. Very impressive exercise room. Other than that...I highly recommend this hotel.

Omg! Where do I begin...nFrom the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed. The first thought was wow it is so clean and calm. The check in was fast and easy, not to mention efficient. We spent 3 days visiting with relatives and enjoying the time spent in the hotel. The Blue Jay's and the Leafs were watched simultaneously at Fibber Magees. The food was absolutely perfect and the whole evening was very fun. The rooms are so clean I didn't need allergy pills. From the manager all the way down to the maintenance staff, everyone was friendly and extremely efficient. I have traveled for 9 years and have never been in a hotel that provided the whole experience so perfectly. Hat's off to them!!

They say there is a sauna in the hotel. It dosnt exist.nRinse off showered at the pool are garbage.nFor the price I would not recommend. For the condition and services of the hotel it should be a $90 a night stay.nnThe rooms are small repairs done in the room are poorly done. The windows raddle if it's windy. Walls are thin so you hear every door close and people talk in the hall. we got to the room and the sheets were stained. Got the sheets changed the next day and the fresh ones were had different stains. Curtains were stained also.

Enjoyed the whole experience of staying at this location. I utilized all the amenities and the staff we always helpful and pleasant. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

I've stayed here for work a few times. The location is perfect and underground parking is a $15 perk. Rooms are dated, but beds are comfy enough. Thermostats are difficult to stabilize for a comfortable temperature. Passably clean but stained towels, sheets, curtains, etc. The location is the redeeming factor for me.
