Upon arriving to check in, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The check in process went well and we received a complimentary cookie. The room was very much up to standard, very clean and comfortable. It was a short business trip with my coworkers but I had a comfortable stay.

UPDATE.nI was reached out to by management almost immediately after this review which shows a great level of care. Regardless of the issues I had during my stay, it is clear that they care about their guests and have higher standards than what I experienced. No hotel or business is perfect, it’s how situations like these are handled. Needless to say I am satisfied with the resolution. I really do appreciate it.nnWhat I expected to be a great stay was far from it. I booked a room with a jacuzzi for me and my partner which was room 1417. You may recognize this room from a review 9 months ago. Well… after now seeing this review it addressed all my concerns I had with the same room. Which is mind blowing to me that 9 months later this room still has Water pouring out of the A/C machine all over the floor. Definitely concerned for my health as I now am sick, would not be shocked if this caused it as I’m sure mold is in that room. I had to use the ice bucket just to collect it all. The doors leading into the bedroom had handles that were practically falling off. The solution provided was me moving rooms which was difficult as my partner has a leg injury. The dolly used to move rooms had flat tires which made it difficult to move it, luckily I had a portable tire pump with me so I could fill the tires, not something I expected to use. As compensation I was given a coupon for breakfast the next morning which to be honest didn’t feel like enoughn. The new room was better at the start, the ac worked that night. However the following morning the A/C was off and was not able to turn back on. It was locked on the wall panel. I contacted the front desk who said they would have it remotely turned on. That never happened so I reached back out to them and was advised the same as the first call.. that they would remotely turn it on. Never happened, for the rest of our stay we were hot and uncomfortable and no resolution. When checking out I made this known and the response was thanks for letting us know, here’s your bill. For $300+ a night plus $20 a night for parking and $46 a morning for breakfast for the 2 of us. I truly feel ripped off considerably as the only compensation provided was breakfast for 1 morning. I will never stay at this hotel or another Hilton for that matter if this is the upkeep and service provided.nnUnless this is made right, I will be leaving this review here and I hope it helps others avoid this hotel. At the very least this room.

Friendly helpful staff with a stylish lobby. Rooms are getting outdated but the balcony views were awesome. Beds were comfy and room was clean. A few items were broken in the room.nnBuffet Breakfast at the hotel was not worth the $23 per person. It's listed as $16 per person on Google, but that is not the correct price anymore. You can get a better breakfast elsewhere for less than $23 for the buffet.

Cookie! We were given a complimentary cookie upon check in, which admittedly started the whole stay on a positive note yes I ate it on the first night, no I did not ask for more I wasn’t sure if I was allowed. Large lobby/waiting area to meet up with people and decent restaurant. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, hotel location was great.
