For the most part we had a great stay here. I was impressed with the staff, very friendly and professional. The room was good, clean, and the location is great.nMy advice is to AVOID the breakfast buffet. They charge 22.00 pp and it was the same food served at a hotel with breakfast included. Everything was cold, except the yogurt which was warm. The omelet you can order with the buffet was good. We would breakfast elsewhere next time for that price, and quality of food or consider ordering off the menu.
I spent my sons birthday weekend at this hotel, the watersides were great, overall very beautiful hotel. We stayed on the top floor, so our view was great.nWe ordered room service, and the options were very limited. Came to about 78$ for 3 items. Chicken was awesome. Pizza was very small for the price you pay - especially when I asked how big it was & I was assured it was really big. It was not.nnBreakfast buffet was good too, everything was low when we got there. No hashbrowns, no pancakes, but they quickly made more when we brought it to their attention.nnParking was also a plus, that it's connected straight to the hotel.nnGreat hotel, great location, only suggestion that 1919 kitchen & bar expands their room service menu.

The front desk people were very nice staff was really helpful. I was attending the seminar for shoppers. However the servers did end up forgetting veg food for me, they had taken care of it gluten free and nut allergies. Our lunch hour was 1-2 and until 1.40 I didn’t revive food but the kitchen staff comes to me saying we forgot and we had no instructions. Asked me if they can make it but will take 20-25 minutes but till then the lunch hour was finished.nLike yes it was a bit upsetting for me that I had to stay on snacks and stuff, they could have been a little bit careful with vegetarian food if they can easily take care of nut allergy and gluten free.nThe front star deserves chef’s kiss the perfect! But kitchen was upsetting!nnHonestly I didn’t wanna be embarrassed by eating food all by myself when everyone else was done eating just because there was no veg food made
Easy check-in process. Millie is friendly and very thorough in explaining where everything is in the hotel. The restaurant staff are very attentive; they even offered us coffee to go when we were leaving. Great breakfast with lots of choices. The suite is very spacious, and I love the rain shower faucet.
