This place has a pretty good selection and the staff are quite friendly. We got an item from here and it was well priced and good quality. Have to pay to park nearby, but there have been spots close whenever I have gone there. It is also a manageable size, so you check out a pretty good selection without being stuck there until doomsday. If you are in the market for furniture I would definitely pop in and take a look around.

I was just informed that the table I ordered back in September will now be delayed further until March. Up until this point I have received zero updates on the status of my order and have not been able to get through on your customer service line the last six times I have called. When I spoke to the girl who informed me of the delay, I asked her what you would be doing to compensate your customers for such poor service. Her response was that you do nothing and that my only option would be to cancel my order, or continue to wait until March and possibly later. I was also refused when I asked to speak to a manager or someone who was her superior to get more answers. They have great pieces, but if they don't actually deliver them to you for over 6 months, what's the point?

Really nice furniture at a great price. Service is very nice as well. Bought a sofa, mirror, bedding frame, coffee table, dining chairs, rug etc for my new place last year. Waited about 2,3 months for the backorder of sofa, mirror, and coffee table. The shipment came and it showed lots of defect, bottom fabric was ripped off from the sofa though this was not a big deal at the time. Mirror was smashed, Structube was glad to pick it up and sent another one. However, just recently noticed my sofa is crooked, and found out one side of my sofa wood frame was smashed inside, pretty certain it was due the delivery at that time. It looks like it might collapse one day. However it's been a year so I'm not sure if Structube will try to do anything about it...

Furniture was very modern and prices were on par with Ikea but the quality was way above. You have to wait for a lot of stuff to be shipped but it's worth it. Sales staff were excellent very knowledgeable not at one point did I ever feel pushed into buying anything. The sales lady I dealt with a Shawna walk me through the store and answer all my questions she was very friendly and professional definitely recommend this place to anyone.
