Good selection reasonable prices. You have to bag your own groceries. Make sure you have a loony for shopping cart. They also have a pic a grocery service and will deliver out to your vehicle

One of my favourite places to shop! There's almost always discounted meat and veggies available of you are able to use them right away. Their prices are cheaper than other stores like Safeway, and it feels better to be buying from a Canadian store instead of Wal-Mart. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. They have a very wide variety of produce and natural/organic foods!

Great selection of groceries, and have a dedicated Asian food aisle. Store hours is long enough to get groceries in late night. Online shopping for this store is available, and you can get your order at the closest parking spot by the store.

Excellent place to shop! The staff is pleasant in the grocery store, never ran into any problems. I only wish the store would carry more vegan products and get rid of the poor lobster and crabs in holding tanks. The only reason for 4 stars is the store carries animal parts and excretions and the poor sea creatures in the holding tank. The optical service girls are out of this world! They are always helpful, and go out of their way to make you happy. 5 stars for this little store! :)

Not a bad place some days they lack on general clean up and maintenance like de-icing the walk and having carts available at front entrance
