A relief to have a store I can rely on to follow Covid-19 protocols! I found PS4 controllers here, even amidst the chip shortage.nnThere was tons of branded signage implemented, reminding customers to mask up and keep their distance.nnThe floor plan was logical and made for a comfortable shopping experience.

Normally I wouldn't leave a bad review but honestly I've never had a worse customer service experience. The gentleman was rude and ignorant and couldn't be bothered to help me. I hope this isn't representative of the staff as a whole but I won't be back for awhile to find out.

Bought a controller for in store pick up and the customer service was impeccable and so fast! We aren’t from Medicine Hat but had an amazing experience.

I could not be more pleased with the service I just received from multiple members of the MH Best Buy team. I have had ongoing issues with my computer and luckily made the wise choice to purchase Geek Squad protection. I’m always on the fence about buying extended service plans, but I will always recommend Geek Squad’s protection plan because it has proven to be worth its weight in gold. Because I have sent this specific computer away so many times, the manager and the team helped me remedy the situation with a more permanent solution because they recognized how frustrating it is to send away your computer multiple times. They explained everything in a clear and helpful way and went out of their way to help me out. I will do all of my shopping for electronics from Best Buy from now on and will be recommending to everyone I know. Thank you!
