So I read another review of someone having great service in replacing an alternator...ours was not similar. On a road trip from Manitoba we had our alternator go on us and while they had what they thought was the correct one...they would not come outside their store door to view mine and verify. They would not borrow me one tool to go and remove it ( once again, right in front of their store window) 
I had to buy a tool from them to remove. And while I know it has been done before and was confirmed by my hometown Napa store, this store refused to charge through to my local Napa account where I have a massive credit which I'd like to use up.
I guess....thanks at least for having the alternator I needed😁
