Great store for electronic do it yourselfers but the personal skills of the staff is some of the worst ive ever seen in my life. Surprised they are still in business with that kind of staff

Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've stopped in 3 or 4 times in the last 10 years and every time I'm shocked at the lack of help the guys behind the counter offer even when asked. Tried to purchase a charging cable for my phone today that was marked $4.95. Rang up for 15 something. Mr. Grumpypants behind the counter walked back with me and pulled the other cord and the tag from the hook and walked back to the counter. Then told me the cord should have rung up at $15.95, there was the same brand cord at twice the length on the rack for $14.95 but whatever. Said he'd let me have it for $13.95. I didn't even try to argue for the $5 price. I left it on the counter and ordered 3 on Amazon for $12.95. I'd love to support local but these guys make it really hard.

Cool tech stuff an electronics parts. Lots of other stuff in there as well. Kinda a kw surplus feel to it.

Good place for electrical supplies. I got a couple of knobs, fuses and belts there. Still in business. Unfortunately there aren't more belts in stock, so no option to fix a turntable or tape deck.

Why would you make a 7 day return policy if most of the "exceptions" to the return policy is essentially everything in the store Literally most of the items in the store can be classified under "Tools"?. Today we attempted to return a battery, and a project box that were both unopened and were met with horrible customer service. I won't be shopping here again.

One of the last traditional brick and mortar electronic component shops in our area. If you are a hobbiest or a professional electronics guy, you need to shop here. Yes it is more expensive than China, but why wait months for parts?
