The Brick

I got a great mattress at a great price, BUT I also got charged $40 for delivering a mattress which costs over $1,000 (so they should cover delivery), and then the delivery guys were so unprofessional it's unbelievable. You would swear that they HAD to deliver the mattress in 30 seconds or less because they plowed through the door causing my landlords plants to break, and causing damage to the mattress, and then quickly make you sign a sheet in a rush and then leave. They had no respect, I even told them they can take the back entrance if this one was giving them such difficulty and they just ignored me and kept being rough. Definitely not order from them again.

Purchased a sectional from the Cornwall location. Kyle and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Extremely happy with my purchase, would recommend shopping here to anyone.

The man that helped us find a bed had very excellent customer service. The problem I had was when I missed the delivery, I tried that whole day to get a truck to go get the bed. I finally found one at 430, I thought I could rush over. unfortunately I called and received the worst attitude and horrible customer service because I asked if someone could wait 5 mins for me to pick it up. The man on the phone gave me attitude about how they can't because they are done at 5pm on the dot, I've been in customer service and would of never did that to a customer. I went to explain how hard it was for me to get a truck and then he said pick up is closed at 4pm. That's all he had to say!!! without all the other attitude about leaving right at 5, could of just let me know kindly that pick up closes at 4pm. The next day we picked up the bed to see rips in the covering and we had to bring it all the way home in the rain!! The rips in the covering and the rain made for a very wet mattress. also there were slightly browned stains on there. we will not be returning to the brick and I will be sure to tell others of our experience.
