St. Lawrence Pools and Spas

I purchased a new hot tub from St. Lawrence Pools and Spas in October this year after some research and visiting to three different dealers in the region,evaluating experience, quality and value. I found the service from both sales and installation were exceptional. The team provided follow up post installation, to ensure complete satisfaction and provided further education on functions and maintenance. Very pleased! I highly recommend this company if you are ever in search of a pool or spa. I certainly made the right choice!

Always helpful and friendly staff. We bought our tub out of town and st.Lawrence pools has never held this against us. I bring in my water sample and they analyse it free of charge. Very pleased with their service.

we just received our hot tub. i specifically called them after delivery to let them know how much i appreciated the two guys that delivered it. they were professional, funny, attentive to our needs. i can't ask for better customer service. i work for the government and you only ever hear about negative complaints and never hear about positive experiences so i don't expect any different but what i can say is that this company is extremely professionally and do what they say. today they came and met with my husband to go over the care of our tub and what we need to do. i recommend these guys to anyone and will continue to do so. if you are lucky you will have the guys we had that delivered who used humour which i loved

Prices are super high, selection is "meh" and ease of finding this place..not so much.

So the technician was here today to go over everything for me. They actually volunteered their time to show me how to use everything about my new hot tub, and spent over an hour with me to make sure I knew how to do everything from cleaning the filter to using all the chemicals. Fantastic service from a neighbour! I can't imagine why I would ever go anywhere else!
