She sold sheets as being Bamboo, I get back to Mexico to find out they are 85 % polyester, 15 % bamboo which is not suitable for the tropics.....she knew I didn't want polyester......I would not recommend shopping there as I feel the woman is this a scam artist. There are many stories circulating about her and I'm now starting to believe they're true...... do not shop here

I had bought a beautiful quilt on layaway from Monique's. When I went to pick it up she told me I had already picked it up and refused to listen to the fact that I had not. She accused me of harrasing her and told me to go away. I am very dissapointed in the way she handled my situation. She was extremeley rude and hostile to me. Please go elsewhere for your home furnishings. The items are beautiful but not worth the headache of dealing with Monique

Stay Far away from Monique's home and garden furniture. She is a crook and only cares about money. the customer comes last. She buys items from other local or out of town stores and sells them at more than twice the price. She says she prices matches, but every time we asked, she said she couldn't because the other store was selling below cost or must be a shady business that will be going out of business. forget about refunds, once she has your money you will never get it back.

Very bad customer service and rude. Dose not listen to the customer. Would strongly suggest not shopping there.
