Staples

Needed to print a copy of my passport and pre paid with my credit card. I couldn't configure the copier and printed a blank page. I waited for an employee to finish with a customer and asked him if he would show me how to configure the copier. He said no, they were understaffed and he walked over to the cash out counter and stared at the ceiling with no customers in sight.nI cancelled my transaction and as I walked out he looked at the floor and wouldn't acknowledge my presence. I'm sure that had I complained he would have pointed to a poster all stores have that say abuse of staff would not be tolerated, etc etc. This is the state of customer service these days. I will never set foot in that store again.

On Sunday July 6/25 @ ~ 12:30 PM I went to Staples Cornwall...asked associate for assistance to print a document from my cell phone. She gave me a paper with instructions. I was unable to print my document...asked for more assistance...she ignored me. I promptly left the store. Terrible customer service... won't be back & will inform friends of my experience!

I was at your store on April 30 approximately around 11:15 am. I was on the hunt for coin rollers. I found a few but not many so I approached the cash to ask for help. There was a gentleman there who asked can I help you. I no sooner asked if there were any more coin rollers. He replied, what’s there is there. I asked would there be more in the back. He started to walk away while speaking to me like he was diminishing me saying. We had two people called in today and I don’t have time to look, in a rudely manner. He told the fellow behind him while walking away to service me. I was so insulted and felt like I was a big problem. I’m still very upset be the service I received

I went into the Cornwall store for toner and was met by Mohamad. He ‘gently’ explained that I could be getting better service and price for my cell and internet through Bell. He gave me his business card and told me I could reach out to him if I would like to switch over. After thinking about it for a few days, I went in to change my service to Bell, Which I was a bit hesitant because I did not have a pleasant experience previously with the same company. Mohamad was pleasant and helpful throughout The transition. He went above and beyond to make sure i got the service in price that he previously stated in our conversation. If anyone is deliberating, whether or not they should switch services, go see Mohamed as he is a true professional.

I went to my local Staples today to get a printout from an email.Im 66 and not very good with technology.I don't own a computer or printer.I asked the clerk to help me cause I didn't know how.She just kept pointing at a card saying do it .I told her I don't know how.She just kept showing me the card and saying do it go to google,download.She would not even come near me and stood 4 feet away.Not everybody is good at this stuff and I'm guessing that's why you offer the service.I even offered to pay a fee.Anyway I wound up having to ask a different employee.I have never here in cornwall met someone so rude and inpersonable.I am very disappointed I guess your service is only for people who are technologically savvy.
