Didnt like the store at all. Sales people just hover. couldnt even look at furniture because sales people were persistent and annoying.

My Bed was delivered in pieces out of the box with no assembly instructions. The fasteners in a reused ziploc bag with a hole in it. Super professionalism!

Terrible customer service! We ordered a fridge from the website and it said it would be delivered in 7 days. After completing the purchase the confirmation page claimed that they would call with exact delivery details within 2 business days. After 3 days I called to confirm only to find out that the person whos job it is to handle deliveries was on vacation and I would have to wait for her return before they could give me any updates. Fast forward 1.5 weeks and after having to call them back as they didn't call when she returned I get told that they still don't know when it will be delivered and that they will contact me when they know more. Another week goes by and I get a voicemail from someone saying my furniture is on schedule to be delivered mid September (this was on the 11th of the month)...she didn't even know what it was she was calling about as a fridge is hardly furniture. A few hours later I get another call from the same lady and this time she tells me it will be another 2.5 weeks before they get the fridge and that they still can't confirm when they will be able to deliver it to us. We have been without a working fridge for 3 weeks and will have to wait an additional 2.5+ weeks before we even see a fridge if we're lucky. When we complained about the delivery time explaining the original delivery date and the fact that we don't have a working fridge they didn't even offer an apology let alone any sort of compensation for their terrible service. To make things worse after getting the news it would be another 2+ weeks we wanted to cancel and get a refund and they acted like they couldn't do it so we don't even know if we will get our money back yet. Keep in mind that this is the Cornwall location so I wouldn't expect this same horrible experience elsewhere. That being said if you can avoid the Cornwall Ontario location I would highly recommend it.

Rude staff, no stock, was advised that the TV I wanted to buy was 'made to order' and therefore non-returnable. Went to Walmart and bought the same TV no issue.
