I had hoped to post this review on their survey but can't get it to work , so will post here! Just came back from purchasing made to order blinds from Lowes. What a pleasure being served by Claude Cleroux and Taryn Sagard! They were phenomenal! What service! They gave excellent advice, encouraged me to take the sample book home to match Colours before I made any decisions. I cannot say I have ever had service like this in Quebec. So happy I have moved here, if this is any indication of the type is of service I can expect! Can't wait to see the final product up and installed!

I think there are many reason why this place is a morgue, but here is one I know of. When you interact with the store cashier for 10 seconds and she leaves you literally seething, you know you are dealing with a special kind of stupid. Went to use a $25 gift card I earned from a previous purchase, it expired, which is a rip off to start and a good reason to not shop at Lowes, but to make it worse, the cashier thinks its funny I am out $25, I remark oh thats funny is it, and the idiot snorts again. Its crappy, useless employees like this that ruin business. Will never be back to Lowes.

This is a big store that's well stocked. New(ish) and clean, and always staff around asking if you need help, but not cloyingly so. I worry that it doesn't seem busy enough, but I hope it's just the times I go. It'd be nice if they opened up in Quebec, or stock Ron's similarly.

The personnel is always friendly and eager to help. The prices are hard to beat on most items, today I got 15% off.

Do not make your pick-up order with Lowe's. I really do not want to waste my time with this company. However as long as I do not want to waste my time, I want to save the other people's time. 1. I made a pick-up order in Lowe's website. 2. I got a e-mail from Lowe's regarding the item is out of stock, so I will be refunded in 24-48hours. 3. So I bought an item from the other store with price match. 4. I got another e-mail from Lowe's that they shipped the item. 5. I talked with LiveChat agent, but he kept say that I need to get a parcel if I want to get refund. Then I have to visit one of their store or I need to make an appointment with UPS to return it. I have my own reason to pick-up order, not parcel. 6. I asked agent that if I can speak with manager. The manager called me with US number, of course, I did not pick that up. She left me a voice message exactly same thing with LiveChat agent. 7. I sent a e-mail to Lowe's, hope they care more than the other method. However, they sent me exactly same answer without answering what I asked them. The points of this are: 1. They said the item is out of stock and I will be refunded. 2. Who authorized this company to send me any of parcel to me? 3. Why I need to spend my time to figure all this out? 4. This company's customer service is really horrible that I can not see any of their effort to solve this problem. Simply, I made an pick-up order, they canceled it because it is out of stock. Somewhat reason it turned out shipping order which I did not want to but, I have to do all the job for them to my money back. This is just more than ridiculous management and customer service. I never going to spend penny for this store in my life.
