We have been to this store couple of times and have bought a sectional (Cindy Crawford collection), dresser, queen size bed and mattress. Both times we were helped by Rita as she is very patient and honest. We only had an issue with the dresser which had a defect and was changed right away other than that we were very satisfied with their customer service and quality of the items we picked. The only thing I do not recommend is getting an extended warranty on the furniture as it basically doesn't cover anything when you actually claim. This is not related to this store though and I wasn't pushed in purchasing it.

I went recently to purchase several items of furniture and look at appliances. I was very happy with the knowledge and guidance I received from the sales person I dealt with, who was Vineet. He took his time discussing the options with me and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the purchase. Definitely ask for him if you go there.

Attempted to purchase a bedroom set from them in September and we were originally given a delivery date of November 7. On November 6, we called to confirm the delivery, since we had hear nothing from them. We were told that no one promised to call us and the product was not available. The operations manager ended getting involved he apologized for the way things had been handled up until that point, and offered to refund us the cost of our delivery. He told us we should expect a delivery on the 21 of November and someone would call a week before to confirm. 5 days before our apparent delivery date we call to get an update. No product had arrived and no one had bothered to inform of us this. He said that it may be arriving this weekend, but could not guarantee it. Long story short all we wanted was an honest answer about the status of our order, and some contact to reassure us that we had not been forgotten about (customer service 101), and now we have a full refund and no bedroom set. Considering that there are a number of stores nearby that offer a similar product range (Leon's, Teppermans, Structure), if they don't distinguish themselves from their competition by offering some sort of adequate customer service, there is literally no reason to give them your money over a competitor. Save your money and time and buy furniture literally anywhere else.

This has got to be one of the worst shopping experiences of my life! From garbage product to horrible staff. I have had 4 different couches and had 2 of them repaired. Then the one manager told me he would take the 4th couch back and refund my money to me if I was unhappy that time. He was supposed to have put it in my file but surprise surprise. He didn't and now is denying he said it. Now the 4th couch is falling apart. I don't recommend nyone shopping here for anything major! And make sure to get anything and everything in writing! (And have that in your own hands!) .if I could have given them zero stars I would have. Even head office won't return emails. They also made me pay to have EVERY replacement couch delivered. So I ended up paying $280 for delivery. And I only have 1 couch.

My mother inlaw purchased an electric reclining couch. To surprise her husband for his birthday and to celebrate his release from the hospital after intensive surgery. Upon delivery date I was present, the employees dropped the couch off without assembling the couch. Not to mention the couch was missing the power cord for the electric recliner. After calling to report the terrible customer service. We were told they don’t assemble “sometimes” if it’s too far. We are located less then 15 minutes away from the retail location which seems ridiculous! Also we were told we won’t receive the cord for a week minimum. He is coming home in 2 days very disappointed will no long be going to the brick for anything. Also considering returning the couch due to lack of satisfaction.
