Bauhaus Window Coverings and Draperies

Absolutely love our new Hunter Douglas Duette blinds! The team at Bauhaus were very helpful and recommended the best blinds to suit our needs.

We can't wait for this experience to be over. We ordered blackout blinds and they send a fellow to measure. He was the best part of this experience since he was nice and friendly. After the blinds were measured, our template apparently got misplaced which caused a delay. Then the next excuse was Hunter Douglas had not put the blind into production. Now, it apparently takes 5 days for the blinds to be shipped. Will we ever get our blinds?

Waiting for our blackout shade for our skylight in the master bathroom also just noticed that the shutters for or daughters room that we bought cave in at the top, hopefully Don will help with this matter as we want this purchase to be over with!

The team at Bauhaus is just wonderful to work with. Their advice, and customer service skills are the best by far.
