Soundstage

Nobody in the KW area knows more about high end audio than Mark, nobody will advise you better than he will, when it comes to home audio, been dealing with him for more than 30 years. After the sale, he comes to your home to set things up..... what else can I say... buy from him !

I went here with a friend and it was our first visit... And our last. My friend was looking for headphones and I was there looking at some record player as I'm learning the saxophone at the moment and wanted to get some inspiration from some classic artists and needed to buy one. But it looks like I'll have to go somewhere else. He got the help he needed for his headphones, but I was scalded for lightly touching one of the record players that was on display. I than decided I wasn't going to buy from this person for being so rude to me. So i checked out for the rest of the time we were there, while he helped him with his headphones. When I asked him for the WiFi password to pass the time, he seamed annoyed that I had asked for it and was reluctant to give it to me. It looks like I will need to shop elsewhere.

Great store. Owner is very kind, patient, and knowledgable. Offered me great prices, very down to earth. Store's awesome! Great selection of headphones and equipment. Thanks again.

Great owner, very kind. I asked to listen to a pair of headphones and allow me to compare my own. He offered a selection of dacs and amps. I spent an hour listening there not hearing a single complaint, and from time to time making sure I was doing OK. He offered a great price for the set new. I declined since it seemed wasn't a good investment in my end. And he wasn't irritated about it. Also the room was nice and comfy with a wide selection of headphones. Tl;dr great owner, great place
