Steve's TV

Called to inquire about oled tv's and installation. These guys were significantly cheaper than everyone else to deliver, install and remove all the garbage. They were also personable and chatty which I enjoyed. Definitely recommend!

Really like the store, Paul was a big help. The only problem I have is they are closed at 5:30. The only time I can get to the store is Saturday. Otherwise I would have given 4& 1/2 stars.Being so close to Christmas I am surprised

I went in there today because I needed a tv. A salesman there was fiddling with a remote so I asked if I could inquire about one of the tv's. He said "I'm helping customers so you'll have to wait, bud" Doesn't need a sale I guess. Do not recommend.

I think EXTORTING-STEVE'S' is a more fitting name for this establishment. I selected this place randomly to repair a 5 year old 40 inch LCD Samsung TV. 1. They charged $67.75 to diagnose it. There are many places, in the same area, that will diagnose a TV for free, with repair services. 2. The charged an 1.5 labour for replacing defective capacitors - yes, that was $90 in labour. The lady said their going rate was "$60/hour for a 40' TV", but the bill says 1 unit of labour $90. Who charges labour by the size of the TV? 3. $4.50 for Shop Supplies? That is, rent for a soldering iron. My take is that, they have to "extort" a certain amount of money from every client and they have perfected that art. Like another reviewer said, if you don't care about your money Steve's is the place for you - they won't hesitate to take your money. Steve - grow some morals, and God bless you!

Purchased a new 55 inch Panasonic 4k tv in Sept shopped around to other TV suppliers found the salesman very helpful and knowledgeable. Best TV ever purchased also purchased a 4k DVD player at a later date. Highly reccommend the store for excellent quality and service.
